Journalist in Peril

With a start of the new semester Mrs. Turner decided to turn our attention to journalists in peril. To start off last semester we learned about Wickermantunge, he owns a obituary. He was shot and killed for what he does best. That's journalism. He died with pride and left a note stating that he knew it'll happen. I thought he was brave as freedom fighter.
In the middle of the semester we learned about Cpj.org. This website we learned about helped. It was easy to navigate and gave me a lot of information. It helped me do a assignment. This website is overall very helping.
In the end we watched a movie and learned about a man named Daniel Pearl. Daniel Pearl was a strong man. His wife was strong too. Due to him going on a adventure on getting the information that he needed to complete a journalism report he was killed. He was 38 years old when they decided to beheaded him after her was held in a jail in Karachi Pakistan for over 17 days.
